These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between tapkad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, browses or uses the services available at tapkad.cam ("you", "the User", "the Player"). tapkad is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed primarily for Pakistani users.

By registering an account, placing a wager, accessing any game, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using tapkad.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the tapkad website accessible at tapkad.cam, including all sub-pages, services, features and content made available thereon.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" means all information, betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers and support resources made available through tapkad.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to a User's Account subject to additional terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and address.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or otherwise unlawful under applicable local laws.

To be eligible to register an account and use the Services on tapkad, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan; local law governs.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling ban or regulatory restriction that would prohibit your participation.
• You must not already hold another active Account on tapkad. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes immediate grounds for account suspension.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or under the control of any third party when using your Account.

tapkad reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

By using the Platform, you agree to use tap kad's Services solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or any software to scrape, mirror or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from tapkad.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or other dishonest conduct that undermines the integrity of any market or game offered on the Platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Transferring, selling or otherwise disposing of your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its proper functioning.

tapkad reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred currency. tapkad operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the primary account currency where available.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. tapkad will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify tapkad immediately via [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Upon receipt of such notification, tapkad will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

tapkad accepts deposits via a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT are referenced for informational context only. These references do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with tapkad or with gambling activity of any kind. Availability of specific payment methods may vary.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All funds must be deposited from payment sources registered in your own name. tapkad does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. tapkad reserves the right to process withdrawals only after satisfactory completion of KYC checks and only to payment methods previously used for deposits or verified as belonging to the account holder. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking timelines.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500 (subject to change; check the cashier section for current limits).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000 (subject to change; check the cashier section for current limits).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–5 business days depending on the payment method selected.
• tapkad does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party charges from your bank or payment provider may apply.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and current blockchain congestion levels.

tapkad may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on tapkad:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• tapkad reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

For cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL, ICC tournaments or T20 internationals featuring the Pakistan national team, individual promotion pages will specify eligible markets, minimum odds requirements and any sport-specific wagering conditions. Such promotions are time-limited and subject to the general bonus terms above.

All bets placed on tapkad are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your Account Balance. In the event of any technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void.
• tapkad reserves the right to limit, suspend or close markets at any time, including in response to event cancellations, postponements or irregular market movements.
• In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, obvious pricing mistakes or system errors — tapkad reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
• tapkad may restrict the maximum stake or maximum winnings payable on any individual bet, market or account at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to standard network latency. tapkad does not guarantee that in-play bets placed after the triggering event (e.g., a goal being scored, a wicket falling) will be voided in every instance, but makes reasonable efforts to do so.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Disputes regarding specific bets or game outcomes must be raised with the tapkad support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. tapkad's decision in respect of any bet dispute shall be final, subject only to applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

tapkad is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform makes available a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Users are strongly encouraged to set personal limits at the time of registration and to review those limits regularly. Requests to reduce existing limits will take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to the Platform for the period specified. Self-excluded Users must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

All content on the tapkad Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of tapkad or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without express written permission from tapkad.
• Use any data mining, robots, screen scraping or similar data gathering tools on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Any breach of tapkad's intellectual property rights will be pursued vigorously under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tapkad, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, tapkad does not accept liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, telecommunications outages or circumstances beyond tapkad's reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses sustained during use of the Platform.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds (e.g., live scores, match statistics) that may affect the display or settlement of markets.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

tapkad's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

tapkad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive or abusive conduct on the Platform.
• You have failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to tapkad.
• You have requested self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable charges, provided KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tapkad holds its applicable operating licence.

tapkad does not represent that the Services are appropriate, available or lawful in all locations. It is the User's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing or using the Platform. Pakistani users are specifically advised that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related legislation. tapkad does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority and does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani government body.

tapkad reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where practicable, tapkad will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12 above.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. tapkad recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you receive notification of an update.
